FERMENTATION AND AGEING:
Early harvest of Sangiovese grapes. After destemmingcrushing, the juice remains in contact with the skins for about 2 hours. After fermentation, it remains on the lees for 60 months. It is then dosed, corked and released with at least 3 months of aging in the bottle.
